Frequently Asked Questions
Are your cups commercially compostable?
They sure are! Our PLA single-wall cups meet AS 4736 / ABA Commercial Compostable standards and can be commercially composted. They also comply with all WA and SA single-use plastic bans, offering a sustainable choice without the regulatory worry.
How long does the custom print process take?
Lead times are normally around 8-12 weeks from start to finish. Some orders move faster, while others may take a little longer depending on workload and design complexity.
What is the MOQ for custom orders?
The minimum order quantity for custom designs is 30,000 cups per size, per design. If you’re after smaller quantities, our generic stock range may be a better fit, starting at 1,000 cups MOQ.
Do you offer storage?
Yes! We include 3 months of free storage at our Welshpool warehouse in Perth. After the free period, additional storage options are available for an extra cost. Feel free to ask us about the storage solutions we offer!
Do you offer graphic design support?
Absolutely! We provide free graphic design with all custom orders. Just send us your brand assets or style guidelines, and we’ll create your artwork proof and send it to you for approval.
Do you charge setup fees?
Yes - there is a $150 plate fee per design, per cup size, but it’s a one-off cost. Once the plate is created, you won’t pay this fee again for future reorders of the same design and size.
